Do you want to Train Like a Swift?       

Following on from the success of our first ever ‘Train Like a NSW Swift’ clinic earlier this year, Netball NSW is again hosting a unique experience for girls aged 12 to 16-years-old (including those turning 12-years-old in 2015) to learn what it takes to be NSW Swift player.This special event is being held at our brand new headquarters, Netball Central, across three days during the January School Holidays – Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 January, 2015.Learn new training tips, skills and drills from your Swifts heroes and support staff, plus there is a different giveaway each day!History shows these clinics are extremely popular so you better get in quick, as there are strictly 50 participants limited to each day. Join us for one day or come to all three – the choice is yours!Perfect your footwork while learning about team building; understand the importance of time management while improving your speed & agility – plus many more different topics will be covered throughout the three days, so there is something for netballers of all abilities.
Learn from the best, and you can do the rest!

The NCAS Netball Program will be conducting a training camp in Grafton, mid-June with Sue Hawkins attending as a guest coach. Hawkins is the former England Head Coach, Australian representative, and the current NSWIS Head Coach. As part of the Regional Academies strong partnership with both NNSW and NSWIS, NCAS is extremely grateful for this opportunity and would like to extended an offer of invitation to all coaches in the North Coast Academy of Sport region. It will be great opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business.

In conjunction with the NCAS coaching staff, Sue will be conducting on-court training sessions, taking participants through the ins and outs of different skill training. You will also have the opportunity to discuss anything and everything netball at the end.

Location: Grafton Sports Centre, 300 Powell Street

IF WE CONTINUE OUR AFFILIATION WITH NETBALL NSW AND AUSTRALIA IS IN JEOPARDY AND THERE WILL BE NO INSURANCE COVER.
